Very nice and sweet staff. Clean place in general and very clean appartement in particular. The location is perfect; close to the beach and to the city center. The kitchen is well equipped and there is even a washing machine. The AC is a bliss! The cleaning staff come over every two days and they do a great job.

What was not a planned stay in Tanger, Morocco turned out to be one of the highlights of our summer holiday. We decided to stay with four kids in Appartment Hotel Rania, a modern (1 year old) building with spacious appartments. The staff was super friendly, the location very central and the appartment very convenient. A comfortable place to stay a couple of days to explore Tangers. The airco was welcome in the middle of the summer. From the appartment, it is easy to walk into the centre, with all restaurants and bars at arms length. Definitely a place where I would return.

Clean!!! One of the cleanest places we stayed at in Morocco. Staff was friendly and the apartment very spacious. Parking garage was a nice feature.

Really impressed with Rania. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is of a good size, very clean and was very suitable with young children (once glass table tops were removed by staff). Kitchen facilities were more than adequate - a couple of pot stands would have been useful, although we bought one very cheaply in the medina. Shutters significantly reduced noise from the street, although this was not as loud as other parts of Tangier. There are lots of local bakeries and supermarkets. Boulangerie la poste down a side road the near the post office, the other side of the main road was by far the best and Istanbul supermarket ripped me off- twice! We would happily stay here again.

Great stay at Hotel Rania that was made very special with the assistance of two exceptional employees; Hala and Mbarek!!! Dedicated, committed, guest driven, brand ambassadors for the establishment! The facility is clean, neat and offered everything we needed! Thank you Hala and Mbarek, in a strange country and being unable to speak any of the local languages we would have been lost without your support!

This new apart/hotel is well located, and all the taxi drivers I used knew exactly where it was. It is within walking distance of a number of the restaurants and bars which I usually frequent when I am on a trip to Tangier.The apartment itself is very spacious, with views from all rooms, except the bathroom. Electric shutters all worked - bringing these down at night did help diminished the noise from the streets below. There was noise from other apartments, where the people there occasionally dragged the dining chairs around. Management needs to apply felt pads on the base of the legs of these chairs; the existing plastic pads just contribute to the noise, when these people scrape the chairs around.The elevator worked. Staff on Reception were 'variable': one young lady, and one young man did understand and speak some English and were anxious to please; the security staff did not.I have one particular complaint: whilst I was staying there were two days (more or less) when there was constant jackhammering from below my apartment. The space on the ground and mezzanine floors are being fitted out for a restaurant/coffee shop - O'mar Restaurant. I did complain to Reception about this - but they did not seem to care; it did not occur to them that such a disturbance was totally out-of-order. I believe that I should be compensated for this.Beside that problem (which I would not expect to occur again) the rest of my stay was agreeable.

The apartment was very spacious. The front desk staff helped us plan an excursion and reserve a taxi to the airport. It wasn't too far from the beach.
